Processing times
We process orders within 1 to 2 working days.

Delivery times
For deliveries in mainland France, the delivery time is 3 working days via COLISSIMO.

For international deliveries in Europe, please allow between 3 and 8 working days via COLISSIMO.

Home delivery
Your parcel will need to be signed for on receipt. If you are absent, a delivery notice will allow you to choose a new delivery date online within 6 working days, or to collect your parcel from the post office of your choice from 3 p.m. the following day. If you make no choice, you can collect your parcel from your local post office within 15 days.

Taxes and customs duties
Orders shipped to member countries of the European Union are exempt from customs duties, thanks to our warehouse in France. However, DROM-COM and DOM-TOM are subject to a special tax regime, and we cannot guarantee exemption from customs duties in these particular cases.

For countries outside the European Union, such as Switzerland and the United Kingdom, customs charges may apply, generally between EUR 30 and EUR 40 depending on the carrier. The final recipient is responsible for paying these charges. In the event of non-payment, we will retain the delivery charges, together with an administrative fee of EUR 25, from the total value of the order before proceeding with the refund.

Shipping confirmation and tracking number
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Packages returned to sender
If a parcel is returned to us for various reasons, such as refusal to accept delivery, failure to collect at a post office or relay point, or an error in the delivery address, we will retain EUR 25 on the value of your purchase before proceeding with the refund. This charge covers the costs of delivery, repackaging and restocking.
