Cancellation policy for purchases and pre-orders

Cancellation of regular purchases:

You have the right to cancel your purchase at any time before the product is shipped. To cancel a purchase, please contact our customer service department by phone or email, providing your order number and details of the item you wish to cancel. If the item has not yet been shipped, we will issue a full refund.

Cancellation of pre-orders:

When you pre-order a product from us, you have the right to cancel the pre-order at any time before the product is shipped. To cancel a pre-order, please contact our customer service department with your pre-order number. If the product has not yet been shipped, we will refund the full amount of the pre-order, including all associated costs.

Cancellation after shipment:

If the item or pre-order has already been shipped at the time of your cancellation request, you will still be able to request a return in accordance with our standard returns policy.

Refunds:

Refunds will be made according to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed after cancellation.

Cancellation of pre-orders for unavailable products:

If, for any reason, we are unable to supply the pre-ordered product, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid.

Some pre-orders may have specific cancellation conditions due to production constraints or limited availability. These conditions will be clearly indicated at the time of pre-ordering.
